Patricia is a seasoned professional with 17 years of expertise in Information Technology and Project Management, complemented by 13 years of impactful contributions to Public Service, Governance, Policy Administration, Monitoring & Evaluation, Accreditation, Research & Analytics, Quality Assurance, GRC, and Cybersecurity. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an MSc in Software Engineering, bringing both technical depth and a strategic mindset to her work. Currently serving as the President of Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) Nigeria, Patricia champions the recruitment, retention, and advancement of women in cybersecurity, driving diversity and innovation within the field. As the Founder and CEO of Cyber Astridia, Patricia leads a thriving community platform dedicated to educating and raising awareness in IT, Cybersecurity, AI, and Project Management, empowering professionals and youth alike to thrive in these critical domains. Patricia recently concluded a distinguished 13-year tenure in the civil service, where she rose to the position of Chief ICT Officer, leaving a legacy of transformative impact. Additionally, she served as Abuja Outreach Lead & Vice President of Partnership and Sponsorship for the Project Management Institute (PMI) Nigeria Chapter, where she enhanced member opportunities, facilitated cross-sector collaboration, and advanced the adoption of Project Management best practices. Her leadership also extended to global technology discussions as an Ambassador for the SingularityU Abuja Chapter, where she organized events on Exponential Technology, expanded chapter membership, and contributed to global dialogues and collaborations.
